When you send us a request through the Jewelry Concierge, we use what you tell us only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to design and make your piece.
What we receive
- Your name, email address and, if you give it, your phone number and preferred way of contact.
- Your answers about the piece: type, occasion, style, metal, stone, size, budget, timing and anything else you write.
- The inspiration pictures you choose to send.
- A technical fingerprint of your connection, used only to stop automated spam (we don't keep your IP address itself).
Who sees it
Only the LuxeyDucks team. If you decide to have a piece made, we share the design details with our workshop, never your name or contact details. We don't sell or rent your information.
To run the service we use trusted providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (secure storage), Cloudflare (website and spam check) and Resend (email).
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we are working with you, and for up to two years afterwards so we can help with questions about your piece. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your choices
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, simply reply to the confirmation email you received from LuxeyDucks.
